Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Please note that due to the nature of this service and the time and preparation involved, all sales for the Functional Foundations package are final.

Once payment is received and your session is scheduled, no cancellations or refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to honor the time and energy invested in creating a personalized experience for each client.

If you need to reschedule your consultation, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted per booking. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will be forfeited without refund.
